Left Leg Lager is our flagship German style lager. It is a light easy drinking beer that is going to be the most comparable to the mass produced lagers in the market. It is a pretty traditional beer that is a crowd pleaser.

 

Eradicator

Named after a character in a skit from the TV show The Kid’s In The Hall.

Medium bodied double IPA with notes of mango, citrus, and floral hops.

Brierwood Brown

  • Appearance: Ruby Brown, Slight red hints when held up to light.
  • Aroma: Chocolate, Caramel, slightly toasty, malt

A smooth and easy drinking brown ale. Chocolate and coffee notes lend to a nice complexity of aroma and flavor.

The Geoffrey

  • Style: Double Stout

A full-bodied double stout with strong chocolate, coffee, caramel and toffee flavors. Sweetness is balanced by a roasty bitterness.

The name comes from the movie Get Him to The Greek, with Jonah Hill and Russell Brand

 

Monk’s Menage

Goodby’s Gose

Traditional German style beer, known for a lower ABC, and light refreshing tartness. Very clean finish allows the beer to be very session-able.

Basically an alcoholic root beer. It is made with gallberry honey, vanilla beans, and a root beer flavoring. It is a sweet drink so customers should be aware of that. A good starting point for someone that doesn’t really like beers or ciders.

 

Bob’s Belgian Wit

Bob’s Wit is named after Phil Maples father, who is the person that got Phil started in home brewing. The beer is a light session-able beer that has distinctive notes of citrus, and Belgian yeast. The beer was brewed with over 6 pounds of fresh citrus zest (took about 16hrs for one person to zest all that fruit.). It is a very nice refreshing beer for a hot day.

 

Duval Dubbel

This beer has the characteristics of a big sweet Belgian beer without being cloying and sticky. A very easy drinking beer for the style.

 

Lifted

Lifted IPA is more of a west coast style IPA. It is extremely hop forward with very minimal malt back ground to detract from the hops. The flavors are of citrus fruits, melon, and pine with a fairly dry finish.

 

Hopeless Romantic

  • Aroma: Biscuit, grain, candy sugar
  • Flavor:Candy Sugar, Belgian spices, clove, biscuit

This is a very light low alcohol beer, brewed with Belgian yeast. That yeast gives off flavors of clove, and other spices characteristic of Belgian beers. The idea behind the beer is that it was traditionally something that Trappist Monks would have on a daily basis and be able to drink copious amounts of.

A hard cider with notes of green apples, honey, and slight wine aroma. It is a happy medium between being too sweet and too dry. The addition of honey adds a level of complexity that helps accentuate the apples clean flavor.

Beach Buzz

A Belgian quad is a high alcohol style of beer that ferments with Belgian yeast at high temperatures so that the yeast produces the esters and flavors that are typical of the spice characteristic of the beer.

The name comes from the title of a Brand New Album.

A light hop forward IPA with notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and pine. Very little malt character.

Session IPA’s are brewed with a lower ABV so that multiple can be consumed in a single sitting.
